Business Development Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of total knowledge and experience with IT Service Sales (Target chaser)
• 2 years Expertise in selling IT services - Web/Mobile application development, Digital Marketing Services
• Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills and natural leadership skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales: Effectively present and pitch our digital marketing, web development, app development and SEO services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits they can gain from working with us.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and Shashi Sales & Marketing.
• Closing Deals: Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Active involvement in project scoping, SLA compliance & timely invoice collection
• Handle company promotions & social media communications, PR & Press relationship
• Travel, attend networking events & client meetings.
• Training & nurturing peers
